Some parts of the Service may include free trials, subscriptions, or other purchases that renew automatically. Please read these Terms carefully before starting a trial or completing a purchase.

• To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of your trial or current billing cycle.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription or trial.
• If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancellation and eligible refund requests are handled through the relevant store account tools.
• If you subscribed through our website, contact support or use the cancellation flow made available through the Service.

By buying an automatically renewing subscription, you acknowledge its recurring nature and authorize the applicable charges until you cancel.

These Terms govern the relationship between you and Eastlight Studios PTE.LTD. regarding your use of AuraShort, https://aurashort.com, our apps, and other services, including video, text, graphics, music, software, and other content available through the Service.

By accessing or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service, delete your account where applicable, and cancel any active subscriptions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, updates take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

You may need an account to use certain features. When creating or using an account, you are responsible for keeping your information accurate and secure.

• You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date account information.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• The Service is intended for users aged 18 or older, unless a different minimum age is required by applicable law.
• We may suspend or terminate access if information is false, incomplete, or if the account is used in violation of these Terms.

We may update, change, suspend, test, or discontinue any part of the Service, content, or features at any time, including to improve the Service, comply with legal requirements, or respond to operational needs.

Some services and features may not be available in all countries, languages, operating systems, devices, or distribution channels.

The Service and its content are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use unless we expressly authorize another use in writing.

• Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, lease, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Service or content except as permitted by law or by us.
• Do not bypass, disable, or interfere with security, payment, access-control, or rights-management features.
• Do not upload, transmit, or promote unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable material.
• Do not use bots, scraping, automated tools, reverse engineering, or similar methods to access the Service except where permitted by applicable law.

Paid products may be offered through our website, mobile apps, app stores, payment processors, merchants of record, resellers, or other authorized partners. For payment processing purposes, those providers may act as seller, merchant, or processor for the relevant transaction.

• Prices, billing periods, trial terms, taxes, and renewal conditions are shown near the point of purchase.
• You authorize us and our payment partners to charge the selected payment method for purchases, renewals, taxes, and other applicable fees.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled according to the cancellation rules for the platform where you subscribed.
• Refund availability depends on the purchase channel, applicable law, and the refund rules presented at purchase.

The Service provides digital content and subscription access rather than physical goods. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, purchases made through our website are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once digital content or subscription access has been delivered, accessed, or used, unless the purchase page states otherwise, the Service is defective, or a refund is required by applicable law.

• Canceling a subscription stops future automatic renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid period. Access generally remains available until the end of that period.
• Refund requests for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play must be submitted to and are handled by the applicable store under its refund rules.
• For purchases made through our website, you may submit a billing or refund request to support@aura-short.com. Include the email associated with your account, the transaction or order identifier, the purchase date, and a description of the issue.
• The Company records and reviews customer inquiries, refund requests, chargeback notices, and dispute-related materials, and will cooperate with reasonable verification requests from payment service providers.

The Service, including software, designs, trademarks, logos, text, video, images, audio, interfaces, and all related intellectual property, belongs to Eastlight Studios PTE.LTD. or its licensors and is protected by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Some jurisdictions may require or allow specific dispute-resolution procedures, rights, or notices.

• You and we agree to act in good faith to resolve disputes related to the Service.
• Where permitted by law, disputes may be resolved individually and not as part of a class or representative action.
• Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Subject to any mandatory laws applicable to you that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement, the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, misuse the Service, or if required by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not automatically cancel active subscriptions purchased through an app store or other third party; you must cancel through the applicable channel.
